The service

Academic CV Grader provides automated, rubric-based feedback on undergraduate academic CVs for graduate-school applications. Fine-art and painting portfolios are outside the primary product path.

Not advice, not a guarantee

Reports are not a substitute for faculty advice and do not guarantee admission to any program. A high score means the document matches this product's published rubric, not that a committee will agree.

Integrity

You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV. The grader flags inflated venues, false authorship, and overclaimed in-preparation prestige. It will not coach you to fabricate publications, techniques, or metrics.

Your content

You retain rights in your CV. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service. We do not use CVs for training by default. You may delete your account and data at any time.

Credits and payments

Free-tier credits and paid packs are consumed when you grade your own document. Demo/sample grading is free. Paid plans are billed through Stripe when configured.

Acceptable use

Do not upload others' CVs without permission, attempt to abuse the parser or billing, or use the service to generate fabricated scholarly records.

Probing the rubric

Template pending legal review.

Systematic probing is prohibited. That includes batches of near-duplicate CVs meant to recover how the grader scores, and reverse-engineering the scoring rules. Accounts that grade many similar documents in a short window may be limited.
