Consent to donate a CV

This page shows the canonical consent text stored with a donation. The hash is SHA-256 of that text. A longer Taiwan PDPA and GDPR-aware template lives in docs/legal/calibration-consent.md. It is a template for counsel, not legal advice. Checking the boxes on the donation form is what records consent.

  1. Academic CV Grader may keep a de-identified copy of my CV text, the rubric results for that text, and the admission outcomes I enter, and may use them to calibrate scoring rules.
  2. Other users will not see my submission. It will not be used in marketing, and it is not a claim that any score guarantees admission.
  3. The original upload is not stored. I can review the redacted text and delete the submission later.
  4. I am the person this CV describes, or I have authority to donate it. I will not upload someone else's CV.
  5. Contact about this donation is optional. If I opt in, Academic CV Grader may email the address on my account about this submission only.

This is a different consent from the donation above. It is collected by an unchecked box on the grade form. It does not include an admission result and it does not add credits. The public notice is at /privacy#grade-opt-in.

English

  1. I agree that Academic CV Grader may keep a de-identified copy of this CV and the rubric results for that grade, and may use them to improve the accuracy of the scoring rules.
  2. The copy is not used to build or improve third-party AI models, is not shown to other users, and is not used in marketing.
  3. The de-identified copy is kept for up to 3 years, or until I withdraw consent, whichever comes first.
  4. I can withdraw at any time from the dashboard. Withdrawal deletes the de-identified copy and does not delete the grade.
  5. The legal basis is my consent under the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR Article 6(1)(a). This text is a template pending legal review.
